I used this company for all our carpeting and was over the moon, they were on budget, quick and reliable, the two workers we had were exceptional getting long roles of carpet round the trickiest of stair cases and with careful consideration as we had only just painted, I would not hesitate to recommend this company again and use them myself.

Cannot recommend this company enough!! From the beginning they have been nothing but helpful and informative. Nigel the gentleman who fitted all our carpet was a credit to the company, extremely professional and talented - even hoovered as I'm 8 months pregnant. He just went above and beyond!! The Amtico also looks incredible and having it laid diagonally was a great idea. Thanks Josh and the team. Will be recommending this company until the cows come home ❣️

Complete disregard for road safety!!!Speeding down a 40mph road near Waltham cross, going at least 65mph.Absolutely appalling, do not want to be emergency breaking because your drivers can’t indicate or go at the appropriate speed.Severe lack of care in something that could cause a family to lose their lives. No care whatsoever.

Bought a Bellway home with flooring installed by New Homes. There were some issues with the Amtico floors but New Homes resolved them all without fuss. I'm sure a similar level of professionalism will be applied if we ever have other issues.

Excellent Service. We have recently moved into a new build with carpets and kardean flooring installed by NHC. Although we had a few scratches on the floor, not necessarily due to NHC, they have proved very responsive providing a very courteous, efficient service. Highly recommended.

New flooring installed under Bellway, it is impossible to clean with a regular mop, unless you scrub it on your knees. Carpets still shedding 7 months in, wondering if there will be anything left in a year. Very poor quality. Extremely poor customer service (phone answered by someone who “don’t even work for customer service department” claiming that they would be happy to scrub the flooring on their knees for hours. A worker came to inspect the flooring and agreed that it’s terrible only for Hr to get back to us saying that everything is great! Would not recommend.EDITthe colour is not the issue, the surface of is it. It’s a matt surface with deep ridges which can only be cleaned while scrubbing for hours by hand. Dirt catches very easily and is hard to take out (I tried 3 different mops). At the moment multiple chips occurred and glue residue now stained the flooring. This will be reported to Bellway.Thank you for your “sympathy”, but it will not scrub my floor. Laminate flooring should be “easy to maintain” however this is not the case. And I am not the only resident struggling with this.

In 5 years of working in the customer service industry, new homes carpeting is the worst I’ve come across, a complete lack of understanding, organisation and customer service skills. Constantly being fobbed off and lied to. Also a phone call from a manager would be lovely.
