We bought our 1st house in 2017 with Swindon Homes as the agent and we were very pleased with the service we received.Three years on, we sold out house with them and received the same excellent service at the start of the listing. We accepted an offer and proceeded with the sale. It was later when Swindon Homes excelled in service beyond all expectations. It turns out that selling your home is the easy bit. Dealing with solicitors and buyers to complete the sale within a chain is a pain!Steve managed the sale and the communication between the solicitors and buyers in such a professional and effective style. He was upfront and honest throughout the process and very prompt with chasing and communicating new information.They are a smaller company, though they personally invest themselves in your business and provide a high end quality service.Sam, Steve and Simon are all a pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend this company enough. If we were to move property again, there is no doubt about it, we will be asking Steve to help us out. Do not underestimate the value of a good agent when selling your home, we could not have achieved our sale on onward purchase in the time we did if Steve wasn’t driving the process for us.They even posted a package to us that was delivered after we had move to out of our property. They really do look for opportunities to add value to their service. It’s almost a shame that we have now concluded our business.We can’t thank them enough. Save yourself the hassle. Simply the best Estate Agent we have had dealings with.We decided to use Swindon Homes to sell our property after they showed us round another property we were interested in buying. Many estate agents we had come across in our viewings had come across almost totally disinterested in the property, but Simon showed real professional interest and attention without being embarrassingly overzealous (like some other agents).
