Simply Education - Teaching Agency Northampton

I've been working with Simply Education for almost 8 years now and have always been impressed at thier due diligence to find the correct educational settings for me. The staff communicate on a regular basis and make things as simple as they can be to allow you to concentrate on your teaching. Overall I've never been tempted to change and would recommend simply to any qualified teacher's who need more diversity.

I've been totally happy with Simply in Northampton, both as a school manager engaging supply staff, and also as a supply teacher myself. It's a very professional organisation with great communication. Rachel and Charlotte are cheerful and friendly and add a personal touch.

I started working on supply for Simply Education this academic year. Charlotte is my allocated agent. Charlotte has been very helpful and supportive. She makes the whole process so easy. She offers work on the days I choose to work. She finds work for me which is close to my home and the age group I enjoy teaching.

My experience was amazing, I felt listened to, supported and the team were professional and courteous at all times. Simply provided me with continuous work and ensured i was paid at a rate that considered my skills and experience. They were always on hand, provided a personal service and were always on the end of the phone when i needed them, i would only use Simply for any agency work, my experiience from signing up with them, working with them and the schools i went to were amazing. I would highly recommend Simple Education they work hard for you and with you and i have benefited from the the fabulous relationships they have built with their schools. I would provide more stars if I could, I would rate them 5 star plus, premium service. Thank you for the experience and opportunities.

I have been working with Simply since October last year after taking alot of time out from teaching. I wanted to ease myself back into the classroom with some TA or SEN type work and they were able to do this and keep me busy with short and longer term positions. Rachel and Danielle were concious of my needs and easy to communicate with. A good agency to work for.

I have worked with Simply since Easter. As an ECT I was unsure that a supply agency would take me on, but Simply responded quickly and were very supportive. I was partnered with Charlotte and had opportunities to work with Rachel also. They were both lovely individuals who took every effort to find me work every week and tried to stay consistent with the schools. They also took into consideration my location and tried to pair me with schools closer to my home.I have secured a job for September, but if I hadn't then I would have happily continued working with Simply, as my experience has been nothing but positive!

I want to thank Sophie and Charlotte for making my supply experience enjoyable and helping me secure a job at the school I supplied for. I have worked for Simply, more or less continuously, for over ten years.I have worked exclusively for them and have been kept fully employed; days without any work have been very rare. I believe they have always given me the best deal that they could.There have been occasions when I have had to take time off for personal reasons and that has always been acceptable. I have found them to be friendly and professional.
