In my experience with world duty free at T5 every department is very helpful and friendly and efficient and professional. I only wish I could buy Chanell fragrances from here. But I highly recommend everyone buy from world duty free. Mr Rakesh Popat at Wilson James T5 wheelchairs Service.

I always visit world duty free and i always go to Jo Malone, the staff there at my visit were so friendly and welcoming, the service i got from the ladies there was honestly the best i have ever received, thank you! However, the Terminal 5 leaders aren’t helpful at all and are very unprofessional, when i was trying to ask for help, they were just on their phone

Only ever given a one star once before so this is a big deal but I really do have the worst customer service ever whenever I happen to drift in here. It is not just one staff member either. The last time was especially bad. I came away with such a bitter and negative feeling. Definitely get the impression that you are looked down upon and a general inconvenience to them. Mocking, eye rolls and sighing is a big part of this place !

I always go to world duty free in my travels and in this particular situation I had an enquiry about a jo malone product and i asked a woman working there called Tina for help and she went to fetch alex (who i believe was a wdf leader) to help but compared to Tina, Alex was useless and brushed the issue aside and was just on his phone leaning on the jo malone counter being unprofessional and very rude instead of having correct posture and being more reassuring and engaging with the customer, if it wasn’t for Tina this review would be 0 stars

Staff are very unprofessional, they treat customers as an insignificance rather than a purchaser of goods. I made an enquiry for a perfume gift for a relative and the worker was slightly snickering, almost treating the query like a joke. As I received the perfume I intended to buy the girl serving me seemed disinterested and bored with the entire experience. I asked for a bag at the end of the transaction, and she pulled a rather mocking expression with an attitude. Avoid if you can.

I bought some perfume from this company. Prior to the purchase I specifically asked if this was ok to carry on with a change over at Singapore to Sydney. I was told yes.This is completely untrue. Purchase was confiscated and destroyed by Singapore customs.The training this company does is absolute garbage and a waste of my time and money.

Terrible. This is located past security and they didn't put my alcohol in the 'proper' sealed bag and it was confiscated when I arrived at my destination when I needed to go through security. You would think they would know which type of sealed bag to use. Never again. Boycott
