Charlotte is a very good teacher. I am entirely new to Pilates but she takes the time to explain everything very clearly and I come away from her sessions feeling an excited buzz!

Charlotte has been instructing me via zoom since qualifying. We have one to one sessions.I can't praise her enough! I suffer from osteoarthritis and she is wonderful at tailoring exercises that give me a thorough workout but no joint pain. I have noticed a massive improvement in my flexibility and core strength, even 'hundreds' are becoming easier.Thanks Charlotte, hope we can keep up our sessions indefinitely.
