The best place to shop in. I always get good deals here, and the quality of the clothes are very good.

Ignore the times stated on here, even if it says confirmed by business. Came all the way from Kirkby-in-Ashfield as was only shop showing as open at 11pm and got there and it was closed. Clearly someone else made the same mistake as they turned around just as quick as we did.

Really desapointed. I'm visiting my daughter and we did a diversion for some shopping and we found it close. Wen is saying close at 12am.

Why say on your outdoor sign and on Google that you're open till midnight when in fact it's 10pm?? Ridiculous and so misleading. Yet you've just confirmed in the last week on Google that you're open till midnight?! Outrageous. Won't be going again.

I have been a customer with Tesco for years and have been applauded today at the customer service ( or should I say lack of). After queuing in a long queue I noticed checkouts available on the right. Most of the people in the queue were moaning because the only checkouts available were card only. So I went to one that was empty which I assumed was to pay by card only, to find out it was scan and shop only. There was no signage to say this. When I spoke to an employee I asked whether it meant I needed to go to the back of the queue which I had already queued in. He laughed shrugged his shoulders and walked off.After eventually paying I went to the petrol station. I attempted to pay with my Clubcard and card for a good 5 minutes. After the machine cleared I managed to press pay at the kiosk. When I went to pay I explained what had happened. The first checkout assistant ignored me. So I explained again to the second assistant and asked whether it had happened to other people. The checkout assistant first said “yes” and then it “doesn’t matter” when I said it did matter and they should put a sign on the pump. She then said it hadn’t happened before and it was just the hot weather and they couldn’t do anything about it.Tesco you need to think about some of the young employees. If they are going to be forward facing they need better attitudes and customer service.

The 'new' layout of this store is very disappointing. A lot of the food, mostly chilled food, is squashed into one small section of the store meaning that area gets very busy. It is now much harder to view the whole range of products and shopping here has become far more stressful. I avoid this shop when possible now, such a shame an update made the store worse.

The black man from the last counter on yesterday evening has added 1 item which i have never picked into my bill when i was not paying attention being busy with arranging my products into bags. I have found this today when i have reviewed my bill. More than this,his customer service level was a joke,during the checkout he has not said a word but was staring at me in a weird way.I didn't get it at that time but now i know why: probably to notice when I am not paying attention and scan his personally consummed product on my bill.Please pay attention when going to the cashier or scan your goods by yourself,I am not sure if this is a common practice there or just an isolate incident.

Purchased some nightwear from tesco at Mansfield Chesterfield Road, went through not one but 2 security alarm barrier and was was not stopped when both barriers where alarming, got home and found the security tag still on them, even was assisted at the till as well because I bought a bottle of wine.Not good enough, is was do I do now, its a 8mile back to tesco
