A life saver, after a year coming down with one lung infections after another and taking anti biotics and then being told I have a lung disease called bronchiectasis and this was incurable, I thought my life was over. However, a friend told me to try The Salt Cave, I was a little dubious after the year I had suffered but the girls at the cave gave me some advice, to come regularly two or three times a week for a month and hit it hard. I thought it was probably a sales pitch at first but I did what they said and it was like a miracle. My immune system started to work again, I have not had an infection since I started going, even though I have cut it back to once a week or every two weeks, it has helped enormously. Despite doctors not buying into this as yet, it has improved my life no end and I can not speak highly enough of the place. Thank you so much.

This place is spot on. I was a bit dubious before I tried it but it definitely helps. It's very chilled out and we all slept much better after our visit.Definitely worth trying.
