We had a problem with our garage door. It wouldn’t shut and had completely come off its runners, in addition the cables had seen better days.I contacted this company later in the evening, I did not expect a reply until the following day but received a response immediately and was booked in the following day.Dave arrived on time, inspected the door and advised on the work he would be carrying out. I didn’t think the door could be repaired it was that bad.Dave set to work and in next to no time the garage door had new parts and a service. Dave then asked my to try the door, wow, it operates as good as new. Couldn’t fault this company, Dave genuinely loves his job, is skilled and has a passion for good old fashioned customer service. I would recommend this company. A+++

Brilliant service. Contacted David on Wednesday with photos of my problematic garage door. He came the following day and repaired and serviced the door for a very reasonable price. Really nice man and I couldn't have asked for a more prompt and honest service.

Contacted Garage door medics this morning by email and got a very prompt reply from David with a price to come and fix a tension spring. He came latter in the morning and was very courteous and he rapidly fixed the door and made sure everything was oiled and functioning correctly. Can highly recommend him to fix your garage door.

I had a problem with snapped cables on my garage door. I contacted Dave who came round the next day, exactly on time, and quickly fitted new cables. A few extra things needed doing which Dave also did within the original price quoted.Very professional and friendly guy.I cannot recommend highly enough and would certainly use Dave again should the need arise.

Refreshingly exceptional service at a time it's hard to find! Can't praise David enough for the exemplary service he provided, from first contact to completion. Excellent service from Dave, a true knight in shining armour, straight talk, reasonable rate, came when he said he would which is a real plus in my book! and what a fantastic job replacing an old broken electric door motor. I am thrilled with it and absolutely would recommend him. Thanks Dave.

Nothing is too much trouble for Dave. He even took my call on a Sunday evening, as we were in a panic unable to close our garage door. After offering his advice, we managed to eventually get the door closed, and Dave arrived on time the following day to rectify the problem. After conducting the repair, he serviced our garage door. Now it opens and closes with absolute ease, In fact, I've never known it to operate so smoothly. The icing on the cake is the fact that his charges are also very reasonable. In a nutshell, great service from an honest and reliable trader. One thing I would add is that Google describes this business as a garage door supplier, when in fact Dave isn't. Even better, because he's not going to try to con you into believing you need a new garage door.
