The pump went wonky… Samsung failed, another random appliance guy failed. DAD’s came out, whipped out the offending sock from somewhere and the machine worked again.He’s got the touch. I never found it, two other people never found it… him? Straight in a sorted.

Mark came on time sorted the problem on our oven so we did not have to replace it and charged a very reasonable price. Very pleased to recommend him and would definitely use him again.
