Dropped into the post office to buy some euros was advised by Kate to get a travel money card she showed me how it worked and how to download the app , very good service and with a friendly manner

Kate at Port Talbot-Foreign Exchange counter was super helpful and friendly when changing my holiday money. She even gave me some tips and suggestions for my resort in Turkey. Great Service !

I had to renew my son's passport. I booked an appointment with Kate the manager and she sorted it all out for me, so quick and efficient. Made sure the picture was correct and filled the form in for me. Gave me all the information I need. Will definitely use again

The Post Office was very helpful yesterday sorting our details for a renewal passport. Joy was brilliant taking all the details needed to fill in 3 passports she was very patient & took time to make sure everything was perfect.

Went into the Port Talbot branch for passport renewal. Kate was excellent! Friendly, quick and efficient. Explained the process and made it so easy for me. Would not hesitate to recommend! A***** service.

We have posted our business mail here for 15 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure our post is sent in the best possible way. It is a pleasure to use this Post Office.

First class service today from Tracey. We did my partners passport renewal and she was very helpful and friendly. So polite and very professional throughout. She talked us through everything as she processed the renewal and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend using this service at the post office as it was so straightforward and didn't take long. I have always found the staff there really good, always on hand to help with anything
