Always really happy with the service I get from Bristol Boiler Company, very professional and reasonable. Our boiler had a leak so they came round to look at it, and at first sight they thought it could be an expensive job, but after doing extensive tests he concluded there was only a minor issue and it ended up being a very cheap. As I know nothing about boilers, he easily could have been dishonest and told me more needs fixing but he wasn't. He was very honest and professional and that's why I will always use Bristol Boiler Company for future works.

Came round to inspect boiler issue relatively quickly which was appreciated and came round again to fix it a few days later (didnt show up on the day arranged for the fix). The boiler was fine for a few days when I started noticing a leak - after contacting the company they said they'd be round to fix it in a few days time (during which I was collecting water in a cup daily). Again they didn't show the day agreed. This happened another 3 times when eventually they stopped answering my communications. I had to call another company to fix the issue.Decent at what they do but extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Once they have your money they will ignore you.

The company designed and installed a completely new bathroom. This included new shower unit, toilet,wash basin, heated towel rail, electrics and tiling. Everybody displayed a high standard of workmanship throughout. The results were excellent and I have a bathroom beyond my expectations.I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Bristol Boiler Company on a number of occasions for servicing and call outs to my previously old and faulty boiler. Most recently, they installed a brand new boiler for me. I cannot fault the service. The engineers are punctual, personable and professional, and Lin in the office is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their work is competitively priced and I would highly recommend them.

Used when I lived in Clifton and still use now I’m in Stoke Bishop; doing both services and repairs at peak times. Excellent company with great customer service and very friendly and helpful engineers. Really has the feel of a local company who actual want to help in any way they can.

Highly recommended...would never use anyone else for annual service and any plumbing issues. Staff are friendly and personable and their costs are fair. They have even talked me through minor issues relating to boiler settings etc to save me call out fees etc. Great company to deal with. Totally reliable. Thank you!

We love Bristol Boiler company. They've serviced our boiler for three years now. When the pressure in our boiler dropped and we had no hot water when our son was months old, they came out and fixed the issue within a few hours. Lin is always cheery and helpful on the phone and Morris has great chat as well as being professional and very good at what he does! We highly recommend.

I managed to book a boiler service at very short notice. The receptionist was very accommodating and the engineer turned up the same day and on time. Maurice the engineer was very professional and helpful, going above and beyond by helping me with a claim on my warranty for a necessary repair he discovered as part of his thorough tests. Would recommend and use again.
