The gentlemen at DNA provided exceptional service. I had a rough experience after purchasing a second-hand car from Facebook Marketplace, and breaking down at a nearby petrol station without breakdown cover. They swiftly arranged recovery within 5 minutes and immediately inspected the car, knowing I lived over 3 hours away.They meticulously outlined the car's issues and offered invaluable advice, highlighting safety concerns despite its supposedly valid MOT for 12 months. They proactively contacted the DVSA and recommended I seek guidance from the Citizens Advice Bureau about where I stood with the suspicious seller of the vehicle.Spending most of the day there, I felt genuinely cared for, with hot drinks and access to their facilities. These compassionate mechanics completely turned my day around. Enormous gratitude to them—I'd gladly make the journey again for their service.

The amount of recommendations I had to this centre was by a LOT of people. I initially went with an inconspicuous set of issues (which my last place couldn't diagnose from looking) and they diagnosed my vehicle before seeing it. They also take photos to show you what they fixed so you know it's legit. Great priced and fast turnaround. Very friendly and always do a fab job. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem! Steering wheel was shaking on my MR2 and after seeing 2 mechanics with no success, these guys had it diagnosed and fixed in the day. Wheel balance and full alignment and the car is transformed. Great customer service and very friendly too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely trustworthy not expensive honest as the day is long ,had been to two other garages and was lied to given a quote for 700 pounds, plus the diagnosis was wrong. The actual repair was less than 70 pounds all in ,very helpful very kind no nonsense people ,well done DNA would recommend them Absolutely.
