Espresso Rescue

Bought a second hand coffee machine and couldn't be happier! Works like new at half the price and a little better for the environment too. Great advice too in how to use the machine, would highly recommend!

I needed them to fix my Sage Barista Express that was broken and out of warranty. I like that they inspected the machine for free and gave me two service options: only make the fix or fix plus full service of the machine. I went for the later option as I'm planning to keep it for a while. Great communication throughout the whole service and the machine works perfectly now. Can recommend them over the official sage service that wanted charge me the same money (I paid for the fix plus full service) only to come to my place to inspect it... The only downside is the need to post the machine, but not a big deal if you still have the original box.

Fantastic service by Vittorio. Repaired a Sage Barista Express for me for a fraction of the cost that Sage wanted. Talked through all the repairs that were needed and very honest about the parts that didn't need doing. Highly recommend him.

Vittorio is extremely professional, personable. The quality of repair exceeded my expectations by far! He demonstrated via video what was wrong and where it went wrong. He discussed with me at every stage in great detail what could be done repair wise (I am eco conscious) which would be cost effective for myself and the environment. His honest expertise avoided me having to buy a new machine as this one is working like new again! I honestly cannot recommend anyone better than Vittorio truly 5 stars *****

Having the suggestion from Sage User Group, and a dying Duo Temp Pro machine, I have been impressed with this outfit. Not only quick to respond, but also provide excellent feedback on progress. I now have a fully refurbished machine. Espresso Rescue lives up to its name. The pricing is fair, and post-job follow-up support great. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Sage Barista Express from Vittorio which had been sourced and refurbished by him to the highest standard, so it was like new. He kept me informed all the way through getting one in and working on it through to testing it and packaging it superbly to send out to me. Once it arrived he gave great advice on what I needed descaler wise and what water etc was best.Would definitely recommend for buying a machine or having him repair or service one you already have.Top guy.

Absolutely fantastic service. Our barista touch had a faulty milk sensor and Vittorio has expertly sorted this quickly and cost effectively very in a professional manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We have had a first generation Breville/Sage dual boiler coffee machine since 2012. It has travelled the world with us from Australia to Holland to the UK. It recently gave up the ghost and I was fortunate enough to find Vittorio from Espresso Rescue in Nottingham who has rebuilt it, replacing and restoring all components that had failed. His knowledge, passion and dedication to Espresso machines is amazing. His customer service along every step of the repair (including update videos and photos) has been excellent and all I can do is strongly recommend him and Espresso Rescue to anybody who have troublesome espresso machines that require restoration, maintenance and repair. Excellent service from Vittorio from when I enquired to when I received the coffee machine. Amazing communication. I ordered x2 Sage espresso machines and I had a number of questions which were explained throughly and also delivered to my door (1hr 50min away) and Vittorio spent a few hours showing me from start to finish. The coffee machine is excellent. All in all, fantastic service, and I would 100% recommend. Thank you so much. ☆☆☆☆☆
