EK Maintenance

I came across Dave, and EK Maintenance almost by accident having seen his van driving around in EK, soon after I had moved here from down south.He quoted me to perform several construction and maintenance jobs on our new home, including, re-varnishing hardwood windows, rendering and repairs to two external walls, construction of a new level driveway/parking area, improvements to the yard drainage and garden layout, Decking construction, and hopefully (later in the year) fitting of a new kitchen.In the past I have done a little bit of property refurbishment and development, so I am fairly well aware of how this sort of work should be tackled and roughly what the cost should be.The quotes I have had from EK Maintenance have all been very reasonable, and the work has been carried out to a consistently high standard.I have found Dave to be friendly approachable and most of all highly reliable. He does exactly what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and whilst there are always going to be a few minor snags on a project of this size, nothing has ever defeated him. The work has always reached a satisfactory conclusion, without costing a fortune.I can highly recommend EK maintenance, and will continue to use them whenever I have work of a size and complexity that I cannot tackle myself. If you have ongoing property maintenance, or simply need a one off refurbishment or update to your home, I can strongly recommend approaching EK Maintenance for a quotation.
