Elise adores my dog and my dog adores her. Previous groomers left my dog shaking every time she went and left her coat uneven. Now my dog jumps out of the car and runs straight to the front door, bouncing around with excitement.She always looks and smells fabulous once she's finished.Elise's friendly approach and beautiful cutting are simply Pawfect! ❤️

Did a really good cut, taking her time and the dogs were very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Took our 2yr old spaniel to see Elise today for the first time. He is very nervous and a bit skitty!!After a short while chatting with her and introducing Ralph he relaxed enough for us to leave him with Elise for an hour.We came back and he had been washed, dried and had a little trim.Fantastic news for us as my wife and I were really worried about leaving him and concerned that he may be nervous and ultimately aggressive !We have booked for visit two and I would thoroughly recommend Elise. Took my 6 month Jackpoo here for his first dog grooming experience and felt at ease from the second I got there.Elise was very professional and was really engaging with Chase, we decided to wing the first groom to see whether a puppy trim/experience would be better or if he would be OK with a full groom.Turned out he was great and received a full groom which is nothing short of perfect he has come out of there looking like new dog!Couldn't of asked for a better service highly recommend!
