Marcus at Paeon with his expert knowledge has ironed out my running niggles before they become more painful injuries.I always walk away with a plan, his follow up advise and rehabilitation aftercare is 100% client centered.I have always been so impressed with my treatment and aftercare that I always signpost members of our running club to him & his team.During more recent times during lockdown & COVID 19 restrictions his support and advice has proved his commitment to his clients both old and new.I have visited since lifting of restrictions and I felt very safe with all the COVID secure regulations he has put in place.I cannot recommend the team at Paeon enough.

Excellent service, Marcus got to the bottom of my back troubles quickly and put a plan in place to rectify the problem with stretches/strengthening exercises. I was able to ask any questions and update Marcus via whatsapp which was also really useful to make sure I was on the right track to recovery.

Wished I'd gone to see Marcus sooner, absolute top bloke who knows what he's talking about he is passionate about getting you up and running again. His approach to diagnosing is Brilliant as he has probably seen them all and dealt with the issues before with other patients. I pulled my hamstring 2 years ago and I could barely walk saw the doctors begging for a crutch as I could not put any weight on my leg what so ever on it, doc told me take some ibuprofen and it will be fine for the weekend (this was Thursday) yes it felt better but still really struggled to walk so saw him again and same old rubbish advice. So I asked at the running club about physios as I've never had one before they put me in contact with Marcus and he gave me some gentle stretches to do and after 1 week I was up and running again. Do not go any where until you have seen Marcus and his team. Also the Chasewater location is fabulous too.

I went to Marcus for an issue with me hip. Marcus was very thorough and professional during the consultation. Once issue was diagnosed I was given a stretch plan to follow. After 2 more follow up appointments I was back running over 5 miles which at the start I didn’t think was possible as I couldn’t even run 1 mile. I can’t thank Marcus enough. After struggling with a hip and calves (yes, plural) for months during lockdown, which was stopping me doing any running, I was put in touch with Marcus and Paeon Injury & Fitness. Booked in a consulation appointment and went through tests to try and figure out what the issues were. Absolutely top notch service both times I've been in, immaculate COVID procedure meaning there was never any risk towards myself or Marcus.The exercises and stretches in the appointment, and the ones provided to do daily at home, have meant I have had a much better recovery than both myself or Marcus could have hoped for. It's still ongoing, but the help, support and guidance from Paeon has been absolutely top drawer from the moment I made the first appointment.I would highly recommend these guys, and thank you again!

I have seen Marcus with a few injuries, he is always polite, professional, efficient and finds out the problem and provides the means to a solution. Currently I am having treatment, during the lockdown he has kept up to date with video calls, messaging on a regular basis. He and his team provide regular webinars based around injuries, treatments etc.I would highly recommend the services they provide.

I took a chance with Paeon last year after having a bad experience with another physio and I’m so glad I did!Marcus is very knowledgeable and takes the time out to understand what might be the cause of your pain or problem. With guidance and the support of an app which shows your treatment plan you are soon on the road to recovery.I’ve been able to message Marcus with updates and had quick responses to any questions I might have.I thought I had a return of sciatica that debilitated me a few years back and left me in lots of pain. Marcus quickly identified it was piriformis syndrome and after showing me an exercise to deal with it I was soon back out running.Not only is he ver professional he’s a nice guy to!

Over exerted myself with the running miles and needed a deep tissue massage to free up my legs and lower back.Marcus was able to accommodate me at short notice , he is a confident and knowlegable practitioner and immediately puts you at ease.The massage did the job and I was very quickly pain free again.highly recommended.
