Picked up my new Tucson Ultimate a couple of weeks ago. Purchasing my new car was made easy thanks to Marcus. Marcus was friendly, knowledgeable & highly professional providing me with regular updates from start to finish. I got today my new car from hyundai which is amazing! One of the reasons I decided to get my car with them apart from the price and easy process was customer service. Ruby was such a great agent! I was happy with her. Shame I cant give 6 stars!

From the first step we took into Ancaster Hyundai Bluewater, we felt welcomed and appreciated as customers.Jordan Philips immediately assisted us with recommending a Tucson vehicle that was in stock as we had expressed an interest towards the model. We booked a test drive for the next day, however, later on in the day, Ruby Kinot spotted us passing by and informed us that the car had just been brought to the site and we can have a look at it on the same day if we wished. We had the test drive, and short after we received a personalised video message from Jordan outlining the features of the car, in case we decided to go for it.We then had a whole week to think about it, and during that time we were assisted in every way possible in terms of financing, services and insurance options. The team members were extremely patient, friendly and kind to us and were promptly responding to our enquiries over the phone and via email. We purchased our vehicle and once it was ready for collection just a few days later, again we received a personalised video message from Jordan inviting us to collect it. We picked it up looking stunning!Every mission is possible with them! We would recommend them with 100 gold stars if we could! Once again, thank you for everything! :)

Recently purchased an Ioniq 5 through this branch and couldn't have been happier with the service! Sam and Scott were both fantastic - professional and knowledgeable without ever giving us the 'hard sell'. Would thoroughly recommend. Oh and the car is brilliant too!
