Lettuce Student Accommodation Coventry (Lettuce Lettings)

Lettuce have been very responsive with respect to any issues within the accommodation, they reply quickly and in my experience, ensure that your needs are met. I would recommend lettuce to other students.

Outstanding and very efficient support provided throughout my stay in Willowbank by the Lettuce team, whenever our house had any maintenance issues, or any other concerns! The team were very generous, always extremely friendly and respond in a very timely manner to all emails. I would also like to specifically mention Paul, Lettuce’s maintenance man - his help was invaluable for always ensuring issues we had were sorted very quickly and well, was always chatty and friendly, whilst ensuring the job was done every time. Overall very happy with my 2 year stay in the Lettuce property and the support from all the team.

I have been with Lettuce for both my 2nd and now 3rd year of university. At the beginning the team were so helpful when myself and my housemates were looking for places to stay and since moving in every issue (few and far between) has been resolved, all queries are answered as soon as possible and there has been the best customer service from the Lettuce Team. Would definitely recommend for Coventry University students looking for housing!

Lettuce are an amazing agency! The house had everything you need and they are very communicative with you while you live here about any updates like bins or maintenance work etc. if anything breaks in the house or needs fixing, it’s so easy to report by email or phone, and is useually fixed within the same day or the day after. There is even an out of hours service which is really useful. Would highly recommend lettuce !

Great team with great communication and support for tenants who were helpful, always got back to us within the hour and usually sent someone out the same day to sort any problems out. Can’t complain with Lettuce at all, would recommend

My experience so far has been great! The rooms are big, along with the kitchen and living room size. I feel very safe and am able to store all of my things easily. The staff are lovely and very helpful as well as my accommodation being so close to where I study and not too far from the train station.

Really nice team and they’re really helpful with pastoral problems. Having bills included makes things much easier. Really nice and clean houses. Very happy that I spent my uni time with them after moving from student accommodation.

Great place for students if you’re looking for a safe, reliable, enjoyable place to live. Rooms are spacious with a good layout and provide lots of storage space and the bathrooms are modern and functional. The communal areas are large, however provide a homely and cosy atmosphere. The staff at lettuce have been superb, from responding to questions and queries quickly, weekly email updates, and the maintenance team making sure that our house and appliances are safe and working properly. Would definitely recommend!

Never go there !!!!!That the worst accomodations in Coventry, there is no security the main gate is always open and the security guard is sleeping.There has been issues with harassment inside the building because there wasn't any security.As for the flatsharing part it has been the worst experience of my entire life ! People that are screaming at 3 am for no reason, the fire detector that turns on in the middle of the night because they smoke weed, play football inside the house and the common area were disgusting ( butter on the floor, bread, crumb, an huge pile of dishes etc...).If I knew I would've lived in this condition I would prefer to pay more my rent and go in a proper place than in lettuce.The only good thing was Paul, a serious person who was fixing the house.

Outstanding company. Positive interactions every single time and nothing is ever too much to ask. The rooms are big for student accommodation and the facilities are the best for money in Coventry. Paul goes above and beyond his paycheck to solve issues quickly and is a lifesaver, as is Claire. Would highly recommend this to any student and know you'll be well looked after.
