Wanted to book a cab from DN12 to Montagu Hospital by telephone.This company think that it's too high faluting to accept a phone booking and expect me to download an app to book. Sorry guys, I am not wasting my time downloading an app to book a single journey.

DG Carz is the worst company ever. They steal your money, rude drivers, late to bookings, dangerous drivers, filming passengers using inside cameras. The driver name “Ishtiaq” make sure you avoid dealing with him and his company at all costs.

Excellent customer service the gentleman was very nice and helpful on the phone when we booked the Taxis. Due to a unexpected family illness we had to cancel this was done via text with a cancellation text sent back. This took away the stress of having to ring to cancel.

Useless company do not recommendPre booked at 9am this morningThey were still looking for a driver at 9:25!!! So I cancelled and used a different company called venture taxis and they got to be within 10 minutes ! I want my money back in my bank asap! You owe me £15!
