Avoid at all costs. We sold our flat last year through CTW and Michelle was very slow and difficult to deal with. Took so long to get anything done, we had to redo some documents a few times because she simply wouldn't guide us on the correct wording needed. We had to send documents at the beginning of the process and 5 months later we were informed some of them weren't clear enough, why couldn't they have been checked at the time? Our buyers also used CTW and they still were unable to communicate with each other.On top of all that, there was a retention with the sale which we were informed would revert to us after either six months or a year, it has now been over a year and we had to chase them. I emailed twice and was unable to get anyone in the phone even just to acknowledge the email.We were planning to complain through their procedure last year but to be honest I couldn't be bothered to deal with them any more.

Dealt with for buying and selling, ok but need chasing sometimes and make sure you get proper access to the Portal and support to use if necessary. My sale delayed by about a month as something had not been actioned by me as was in the Portal unknown to me.
