I can't thank them enough for the service that they provided in looking after my late husband, they went above and beyond in helping me with the arrangements. They showed compassion at this very difficult time and nothing was too much. They assisted me and advised me on the process of documentation needed. The service was lovely and what we wanted. The minister that was chosen she was lovely and very caring nothing was too much and the service. Thank you so much you all do a great job.

From calling them to ask them to collect my Wifes body till being dropped off at our venue after, the service received was impeccable. The staff are very professional and patient. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I cannot thank them enough for the service received. I cannot thank W Banks enough for the help and support they provided to my family during a really difficult time. From our first visit through to the funeral service itself, Nicola and her team were professional, personal and caring. Nothing was too much trouble to her and we were treated with the upmost respect and kindness at all times. I don’t normally write recommendations but in this case I feel I should. Banks of Orrell have helped my family through a hard and caotic time with great compassion, professionalism and care. From the first enquiry by myself to my granddads funeral, we couldn’t have asked for more. They were kind, patient and made sure everything was suited to ourselves and my granddad, giving him the best send off we could have asked for. I had no idea what I was doing and will not forget the kindness and guidance I received.
