Once again, great service from Harratts. Had my service and MOT and was treated lovely and looked after. They always call if work is needed but do not do unnecessary work unless required. I purchased a 3 year contract service package, which is excellent value for money and gives me peace of mind. They completed todays service and MOT within 3 hours. I would highly recommend them.

I use for service. The staff on reception are excellent. I have had a battery issue in the past they recommended where to go for a replacement as mine was not in stock. During a recent service they had no record of a courtesy car request but they provided one nevertheless. The mechanics do a fine job too. Cleaned. Returned to me quickly. One of those go to places.
