Gas engineer called to service the boiler (Friday), very impressed. Boiler is 11 years old and always serviced annually under insurance scheme. This engineer would attended to the water leak I was informed about last year, said he would return with the parts and complete the service, this he did (Monday). Far more thorough service than the boiler had previously received, excellent.

Managed to break my radiator bleed valve during the queens funeral with water spurting out everywhere and all the shops were closed due to the bank holiday. Contacted Paul and he didn’t hesitate to put me in touch with Stephen (local to me) who provided me with a replacement valve for free. Can’t thank the guys from Affordable Boiler Co enough for their kindness, speed and generosity in helping me out in a jam. Special thanks to Stephen too for talking me through what I needed to do to replace the valve.

Very quick response to my purchase of the boiler. Really friendly over the fone. Boiler installed within days. The young lad that installed boiler was really polite and helpful. Only took a couple of hours. No mess. Would recommend your company to family and friends.

Absolutely superb service. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process and his advice was excellent. The engineers that came to fit the boiler were amazing. They didn't even stop for lunch and they tidied everything up when they finished. Paul even sent someone out later to make an excellent job of filling in the brickwork where the old boiler flue was. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend.

I have had 2 separate boilers fitted with affordable boilers and they were great. They came out really quickly as both of them failed before Christmas. The guys fitting it were super nice and helpful and explained how everything worked. Everything was kept clean and tidy also.Highly recommend!!

Are boiler died on us over the weekend emailed these guys and true to there word an engineer was booked for us on Monday afternoon. The chap arrived on time checked and tried repair the boiler. Can't fault him he tried to get it going but the fan failed. He made a call to the office to get price for the part and cost to fit. We were informed the cost before it was ordered. We were happy with the price , part ordered .True to his word he arrived the next day to fit and boiler is now working. We have to say a five start service from start to finish.

Had a boiler installed by them back i August.Just want to say the whole process was effortless from start to finish.The people i dealt with were greatAnd couldnt be happier.Will be recommending them to everyone

Amazing service. Excellent communication throughout. Paul went above and beyond to help us. The fitters were polite very hard working and cleaned up when the job was completed. They didn’t leave the job until finished which was well into the evening. Excellent all round service and I would highly recommend. Thank you
