Excellent service from start to finish. The surveyor was particularly helpful in his suggestions about the design and colours. As you can see from the pictures, bespoke metalwork was required to fit the awkward shape of the house and this fits perfectly in spite of the various obstacles. It's provided us with a really wonderful outdoor space.

The men who came to install the awning were excellent and I have no complaints about the awning itself. My only concern is about the removal and then re installation of the valance when I stop using the awning for the winter. There are brief instructions and the men mentioned I should get an Allen key (whatever that is!). Hopefully my son in law will understand what to do.

We are so pleased with our awning, it is better than we imagined. Nationwide were excellent from the initial visit from Nicky, through to the survey and then the installation. They were all very professional and achieved a fine end result within the time they said.The fixings were specially made to negotiate around our side extension and cladding. It all blends in perfectly and looks class.
