We had three lads doing our move for us. They were all very professional and did the job in hand. All of our furniture was wrapped well and loaded well in the vans. We did not have any damaged done which we were really pleased with.As we were not at the new house when they arrived to unload, they carried on unloading and putting furniture into the rooms they thought were right, without having to be told. They were all very pleasant to deal with.If we ever needed to use a removal company again in the future we would definately use them again.

By far the best removals company we've ever dealt with. Shawn responded to our enquiry straight away and had provided a quote within 24hrs. Leading up to the move he regularly kept in touch and couldn't do enough to help - providing boxes, tape and wrapping materials days in advance. The team arrived 10mins early on moving day and had a 4 bedroom house and full garage loaded into the vans in under 2 hours (we packed our stuff ourselves beforehand).Unloading was seamless, with the team taking to time to ensure everything was put where we wanted it to go. The team were polite and professional and honestly couldn't do enough to make sure moving day when as well as it possible. They even offered to pop back when convenient should any heavy items of furniture need repositioning.We wouldn't hesitate to call Shawn again and will definitely be recommending him in the future.

Shawn was great at keeping in touch and responding to questions. On moving day the team worked really well and speedily. They took good care of my possessions and of my new house. Would recommend.

From start to finish The Removal Company managed my house move professionally. The quote was reasonable and the removal men were cheerful, friendly and polite. They handled our possessions with care and consideration. All of our belongings arrived in perfect condition, carpet protection was put in place at both properties, and they even plumbed our washing machine in for us.Highly recommend. Helen

Firstly, while this is clearly not my name, The Review is genuine.My Mother was widowed two years ago, ands I have been trying to persuade her to move closer to me for the last two years. Having eventually succeeded, The Removal Company was recommended to me by my estate agent. Shawn came out to my mothers flat and gave a good competitive quote for packing and moving some 280 miles across country. Communication at all times was excellent and on the appointed date and time they said they would be with us at 09:30 and they were.. It was explained what was coming and what wasn't and with that we left to allow them to do their job, while we traveled to Cambs.That evening I received the news they had finished packing and had sadly broken or damaged three small items, the fact they weren't hidden in a box but it was all acknowledged was great, photos were also provided.The next morning we received a phone call that they were 45 minutes away giving us ample time to be ready, they arrived bang on time and despite having to carry everything up to a second floor flat at no time moaned or complained, massively professional, great service, stopped once for a smoke and once when we supplied bacon sarnies from the local cafe, finished and cleared up about three and a half hours later and left.I have no hesitation in recommending the Removal company, an extremely stressful move was made a lot easier by these guys.Thank you to Shawn, and also to Dan and Matt who were exceptionalNW

Shawn and his team were very professional and careful of our furniture. Both teams that we used were very helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed our minds on where the furniture was placed. We would recommend them to anyone. Had a fantastic experience!! Shawn was really helpful when planning for the move and went above and beyond in offering packing materials and how best to pack up everything. On the moving day, we had James and Dan and they took care of everything and made it so easy and stress free. We were loaded in an hour and I could see they took extra care with everything. The removal company have been our 'go to' twice now. After our first experience with the company, which was excellent, we had no qualms about getting The removal Company for our latest move. Shawn is great at keeping you informed about everything and very professional from first contact and arranging your moving day to contacting you at the end of your move to make sure you are happy.The hands on guys who did all the packing for us, the removal and placing the furniture and boxes in the relevant rooms go above and beyond. A big shout out to Dan and Nathan for all their hard work, professionally done and carried out with good humour and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our experience has been nothing but fantastic with The Removal Company. Fair pricing, great staff and a pleasant experience at a very difficult time. Would not consider using any other company should we move again.

Great service from Shawn and his team. The two chaps who moved our furniture were very friendly and careful, and were happy to oblige when we asked them swap a few items from one room to another at the new house.Very happy to recommend The Removal Company.
