Comfy chairs and very good for price. Lost star because there are other cinemas that I prefer for similar (albeit slightly higher) prices

The cinema itself is great and staff are friendly, but I was cold watching the film and the hot chocolate I bought to warm me up was horrible! It was very watery, I presume just powder and boiling water because it was scalding hot for ages!I'll still happily go to the cinema to watch films, but definitely grab a drink from somewhere else before I go in!

It was OK I enjoyed the food and chilled staff communication , however It did bother me that the screen wasn't central and the seats where uncomfortable

Selection of movies is wide, you'll find everything here. Staff is very kind and welcoming. I have been here since I was little, a great place to make memories! Would recommend this theatre.

Nice little cinema, cheapest tickets around too. Special offers for morning films for children too. Worth a visit.Only negative is the seats could do with being upgraded!

Having arrived early we had to wait for the cinema to open. Whilst waiting outside we were entertained by a member of staff (Mitchell?)who took great delight wafting his hair as he stood behind the food counter. Sweeping it up into a fetching ponytail and constantly running his fingers through it. Hardly seemed hygienic or appropriate for someone who was there to serve food. Other staff members didn't seem to have an issue with this or prompt him to wash his hands before the doors opened. In contrast the chap who scanned our tickets was delightful and extremely accomodating whilst showing us to our seats. He acted with speed rectifying the blank screen minutes into the movie. The over all experience was enjoyable and probably the cheapest cinema visit for many years.

Seats were flat with little padding, solid plastic arms very uncomfortable. Had to pay for parking at St Stephens. Never again!!!

Great price and love the mini morning. I would say a drawback is the seat. Not very comfy, and a few of them are broken.
