Very disappointed and angry I specifically asked about cutting Mandy s dew claws she said she had cut them (never touched them worst groom Mandy s ever had )when I arrived she picked up a small black Snoutzer and threw it in a big cardboard box in her living room Someone that loves dogs ? Mandy wont be getting left in her care again

I misplaced my appointment and tried to text to find out when it was for but didn't get any reply tried to phone 2 weeks in a row left messages but didn't get back to me I know it was my fault for forgetting when the appointment was for but everyone can forget
