disappointed yesterday after shopping in the Rushmere branch, asked if I could continue to use the trolley as I needed to shop next door in home bargains and I would return it back when I had finished, I explained I had parkinsons and other health issues but was told no , I've only rated 1 * my personal opinion on the day is not disabled friendly and for that reason won't be returning

Karl delivery driver is an amazing guy who lets me stay upstairs due to Illhealth and puts my food into freezer in garage so neat and tidy he’s such a help before during & still with pandemic, so well done Iceland he’s certainly deserves a payrise
