Popped in today after an engine warning light appeared on the dash as we were driving home. They immediately found time to do a diagnostic to find the cause. They were brilliant and checked over the car to see if it was a part issue or a faulty sensor. The team were lovely, polite and went out their way to help us and advise us on what to do next. Highly recommend them. Extremely grateful for their assistance.

I was served by Elmo on Monday, really lovely guy and very knowledgeable he went above and beyond to help me with my tyres and made me feel at ease. He even fixed my parcel shelf for me of his own accord. Very happy customer thank you so much!

Bought a new car recently and have had multiple issues with it. Brendan has been an amazing help with it all whilst being completely honest about costs and also giving me some good recommendations.Could not recommend ATS enough judging by how friendly and helpful staff like Brendan are.

After being let down by Kwik Fit, I went to ATS Lichfield to see if I could get my washers fixed and an MOT. They could not have been more helpful, fixed my washers in 5 minutes after Kwik Fit told me it was a huge job!! Thank you so much, will 100% be back!

Wrong tires ordered that they discovered after they took 2 wheels and one tire off. They also chipped one alloy, reordered the wrong tires, never called me ...... I had to chase them and got hung up on when I called the depot. The 'manager' was unprofessional, ignorant, and arrogant. Ended up getting a refund and cancelling the order.Would NEVER recommend this depot or even an ATS in general. Go somewhere else and do yourself a favour

The best service from Elmo!! Highly recommend. We had a flat tyre on the toll road & they were the only garage that were out their way to help find us the right rare tyre in the midlands. Thank you so much guys
