Our poor cat’s fur had become matted at his bottom. He was extremely uncomfortable and he was starting to smell really bad where his fur was matting. We had no idea what to do and so we called Ayrshire Grooming Salon. Pamela told us that she didn’t have an appointment for a full cat groom for months but she knew that this problem had to be addressed. She got us in the very next day and sorted our little cat right out (even though he is a very difficult customer)! Can’t recommend Ayrshire Grooming Salon enough, thank you so much!

My dog is extremely nervous and is difficult when he is introduced to new people and environments. The staff at Ayrshire Grooming Salon were very professional and let Milo settle! He now enjoys going and the quality is fantastic.

My old collie Ozzy, has issues and requires a full muzzle for grooming and vet visits. This was his first time at Ayrshire Grooming and I was nervous at leaving him. He was matted and in a mess. He looked and smelled amazing when I picked him up, I don't know how you done it, I have no hesitation on recommending this salon it was professional and friendly. Thank you from Ozzy and I He looks like a new dog! Thank you Wendy.

Really quite disgraceful the amount of times patrons of this establishment park their car in front, right on the lights for pedestrians to cross the road, no chance of crossing road if you are disabled, the staff know this happens and allows it and it isn't only for a quick pet drop off, cars sit for ages.

They get trainees to practice on your dog and charge you top prices for an inferior cut. I could have wept when I saw my dog today. I always ask for owner to do cut as my dog got her face cut the first time she went. I made allowances and insisted that no trainees cut my dog. However they did not honour that request. It's a hit or miss what you get back. I won't use them again.

5 star service with a smile. Ozzy loves seeing everyone here. All staff are very patient with him as he does not like having his nails clipped. He always comes home with a great hair cut and smells wonderful. Would recommend.

Completed my level 2 City and guilds qualification for dog grooming assistant here, and now working on my level 3. Fantastic environment to learn, Pam and the other staff members go above and beyond to help in any way throughout the training. A great learning experience in a busy salon where everyone is so friendly and happy to help!!

My afghan hound isn’t the best behaved dog but according to the staff here, he is ☺️ They obviously have a way of getting round him so they are extremely experienced in big boisterous dogs in my opinion. His coat looks fabulous and they are very good with him, very patient and that great news for him and me
