Absolutely disgusting service! I booked online my car to replace a tyre and for wheel alignment and when I arrived there they told me just are to busy to fix my car . They didn’t care about wasting your time and your money !

Visited Halfords to purchase a OSRAM D3S headlight bulb and have it fitted to an Audi Q5. Upon arrival the guy behind the till attended my vehicle to check the exact bulb required. Once he lifted the bonnet he informed me that he would not be able to remove the bulb or fit a replacement as the headlights are sealed units and he doesn’t have the tools to strip the car to access the bulb. He advised me to call Audi and book my car in to have a headlight bulb replaced. I was shocked and questioned why Halfords couldn’t complete this job. Especially given they advertise fitting of HID bulbs. I’ve never known a car that only a main dealer can replace a headlight bulb. He insisted this was a big job and couldn’t be undertaken by Halfords. With limited knowledge of the Audi Q5 headlight I left Halfords and begun to research the work required to complete this job. I shortly after found a YouTube video explaining the process, 6 bolts later I managed to access the headlight bulb, ordered a replacement and fitted it myself. Took a maximum of 15 minutes. No special tools used or any parts stripped. Saved myself a small fortune, really disappointed with Halfords lack of car knowledge. Luckily I was able to research and complete myself, however other customers may not be so fortunate.

Visited Halfords in Sittingbourne this morning. Required brake fluid and assistance on where it should go as was driving a different car from usual. Was helped by Shane and would like to say a big thank you as it is much deserved. He was so very helpful with finding correct brake fluid and putting it in for me. Thank you so much. Would recommend him if you require assistance.

Bicycle service employees do not know about the service. I gave the bike to the service with a punctured wheel and they gave me a supposedly repaired bike with an unrepaired wheel. I paid £85 for the service. And the derailleurs were broken. The store clerk checked it out and everything was fine. And it wasn't.

Ordered an item which showing as being in stock for click and collect, they then cancelled the order with any explanation, I then rang to find out what was happening with my order, as a customer I should not have to do that, why don’t you give a reason when you send the cancellation email??. Come on Halfords its not rocket science is it.

Pathetic service, order cancelled with no reason given. Think I will cancel my account and never use Halfords again./ You can't treat customers in this awful way.I have tried to use the link you gave me below and it tells me to use your dreadful robotic system that clearly doesn't understand plain English!! The only other option is an 0330 phone number that has so far, kept me waiting 20 minutes with very little hope of answering. I believe my mobile battery will expire before anyone bothers to answer the call.As a result of your dreadful service and because I paid via Paypal, I have requested a refund direct from Payapl. It never ceases to amaze me that you can take the money out of my account immediately yet I have to wait 5-7 days before anyone bothers to do a refund. Clearly others are using and earning off of my money before I get it back. Awful service and zero contact from Halfords regarding my refund hence going the Paypal route.

Visited shop to see Mark about a new Android radio looking at the car he went straight to computer to see availability we at this point had not discussed what unit we wanted eventually he comes across spoke to us what we needed to be told an android radio with Sat navigation and DAB radio is gonna cost about £800 as you can't get android in shop with sat nav utter rubbish even I know you down load Google maps or Waze and I'm 60 year old. You Mark haven't a clue
