A great website and really good support throughout the auction experience

Fantastic platform to use and especially liked the leaderboard during countdown. Easy to use with great customer support when needed help or advice. Would definitely recommend for big auctions.

We used jumblebee for the first time at our recent ball at a brand new 5* hotel in Southampton. The iPads on the tables and leader board screens around the room helped to create a bidding war which resulted in us raising just under £9,000 from the silent auction. From start to finish, the service we received was fantastic and better than any other silent auction company we had used before. The whole process was simple, especially uploading the auction lot information to their online system. The team on the night were highly professional and could not have done more to assist in any way. We would certainly recommend jumblebee to any other charities or fundraisers looking to use silent auction technology at their next event.

On behalf of Farms for City Children:We hosted a fundraising event in late April this year at the Savoy in London. In the lead up to the event, Jumblebee were incredibly helpful - always on the end of a phone call or email to answer even the silliest of questions, patient and friendly.At the event itself, there were a lot of people in the room setting up this and that, but Jumblebee just got on swiftly and quietly. The set up looked very smart with enough screens and tablets for everyone to place bids and see the bidding table. After the event, Jumblebee provided print-outs of the lots which were clear and easy to use.We could not fault their service - everything has been quick, easy, professional and friendly. Thank you!

Jumblebee has been fantastic. We used them at school to auction of clothes from a fashion show we did, and the service was so easy and intuitive to use, both for us and for customers. All of the customisations you want are available through the platform, and the customer service team is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service, really takes the pain out of holding online auctions. User interface could be a little more intuitive but across the board, absolutely chuffed with the product.
