Used Coley and Partners for the sale of my house earlier this year and they were absolute superstars, initially sold my house in under 24hrs, but then when the first buyer pulled out the week of exchange, Paul stepped in to calm me down and reassure me he would resell it quickly - and he did! Always kept me up to date with progress and a pleasure to deal with!

We decided to put our house up for sale with Coley and partners after Kevin coming to value it , of all the agents that came to value our house he was the most genuinely enthusiastic,he came with Paul on photo day they were both wonderful polite and very complimentary . Every request I have made they could not have been kinder and replied to all emails very swiftly . Highly recommend them .

I would advise anyone to avoid using this agent for selling your property at all costs. Where do I start!?!?After Coley listing my rental property for sale in June 2022, i was concerned that after 4 whole weeks the property hadn’t had a single viewing. After voicing my concerns on this matter I was advised that the market was slow. I informed them that I would have to consider another agent to help sell if nothing improved but would give them the benefit of the doubt and stayed solely with Coley for an additional 6 weeks where only 3 viewings took place. I had to chase for feedback on all three of these viewings and sometimes my calls were not even returned. I expressed to Coley that I was frustrated that my calls and e-mails were not being returned and unfortunately this made no difference, communication was still poor. At this point I had lost all faith and decided to enrol another agency in Rushden to sell the property for me. In the first week alone the new agents had more viewings than Coley had in 10 weeks! The property then sold in 2.5 weeks and I was informed the buyer had tried to book an appointment with Coley to view and her calls were not returned. I also have a suspected belief that the property whilst being managed for rental with Coley was being sub-let. I believe this due to finding after the tenants had left, post was arriving for several males with varying surnames. The living room was turned into a bedroom and had a lock fitted to it with a reflective film placed on the glass of the door. A contractor I had carrying out work also noted 2 males regularly leaving the property daily for several days. The letting contract was made for a male & female working couple with children. Once the property was listed with another agent, Coley became almost impossible to communicate with. They didn’t even inform me when the tenants vacated the property!Obtaining paperwork (warranties/certificates) that Coley had arranged contractors to provide work on the property for proved very difficult to receive copies of. It took 6 weeks in one instance to obtain the warranty for the installation of a new hob carried out this year.My experience with Coley has been appalling, they made what can already be a very stressful process significantly more stressful. Please consider heavily before contacting these guys to provide any service for you.

Great agents and very friendly team.The guys were really helpful, positive in their approach and were always professional doing viewings and dealing with us.Selling during a pandemic was always going to be a challenge but Coley & Partners stayed proactive and kept us up to date with Rightmove stats etc and this encouraged us that the right person was out there.I would happily recommend them - thanks to Paul for his advice and patience with all my questions.

I was delighted with the service given by Coley and Partners. From start to finish Kevin and his team were proactive, fully engaged, well informed and willing to go the extra mile to keep the process running as smoothly as possible. Coley and Partners estate agents, had no interest in providing any updates regarding the property we have purchased. We can only give credit to Kevin, for being nice when meeting us the first time. Since then, it has gone down hill. Been promised hand-full call backs, but guess what, nobody called back. Simple queries taking ages to answer, it was after speaking to the sellers, that we find out some of the information that have been provided to agents in advance, never got to us or solicitors, disappointing. Luckily, we have ended up in direct contact with the sellers to complete the remaining sale process in time, with the help of the solicitors. Being the first time buyers, our experience was ruined by the estate agents. Would not recommend.

Contacted Coley and Partnrs re selling my property in Rushden, Kevin Coley himself visited within a couple of hours, gave us a valuation and advice, and we sold the next day....cannot complain about that!!For me, having now bought and sold some 4 properties since we returned to the UK 7 years ago, I definitely rate them as the BEST we have ever dealt with, Knowledgeable, Professional and Most Sincere. Would Highly Recommend Them to anybody

Bought our first house in Higham town, we found Coley and Partners through the buying of our house, they were helpful, friendly and professional. Paul helped us through the process and Kevin helped complete it stress free. We wouldn't use anyone else going forward and we highly recommend them, we will certainly use them for the sale of our house whenever we decide to move. THANKS GUYS
