I booked a collected slot online but still had to wait for almost 30 minutes before anyone could serve me. Very frustrating. And then had to carry 2 bikes down stairs on my own, it would have been nice to get a bit of assistance with that. Overall I wasn't impressed with the service in store.

Fitting appointment was for 1pm but at 1.15 there were still 3 customers in front of us and only 1 member of staff available. I did not have the time to wait so will do the fitting myself even though I had paid for it. I'll not be booking any appointments in future.

What an amazing service. From ordering to collection and fitting. Everything was perfect, everyone was so polite and friendly and willing to have a laugh. And the fitter was so respectful of my car as well! No rushing or wrappers left, everything was stored nicely in the box. Great service all round.

Reliable and transparent bicycle service.I came in with a bike issue that was not listed on the website, nonetheless I was given a clear explanation of my options and their potential drawbacks.The parts I needed were not in stock but I was given the details of the parts I needed. I bought them myself and had them fitted at Halfords for a service fee.Dominic was the technician who serviced my bike. He was polite and professional. It is refreshing meeting someone who is skilled and clearly cares about the quality of their work.Bike feels great. I would recommend this store.

Went in for a free bike safety check and was seen by Michael who gave excellent customer service. Michael was very approachable and undertook a very comprehensive and thorough free inspection, and helpfully answered all my questions, very good experience overall.

Dom the bike technician is probs the most skilled member of staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He fixed an error that other staff failed to fix after several visits, repairs and weeks without my bike. What they kept ordering new parts for he fixed simply by adjusting some nuts and bolts to the electric module connectors. I Appreciate this very much. Honourary mention to Michael for great customer service too.

Needed a replacement battery for my car. Got served by Tim. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Asked all the right questions to ensure the correct item was purchased and installed. Excellent service and Time very polite. Installed very quickly while training a junior staff member each step of the way and pointing out procedures to be followed to ensure his safety.

Tim was superb. He intervened with the service I was getting from someone else when he heard they were unable to undo the screw/ bolt. So he changed my number plates and he managed to take out a screw/ bolt that others were unable to do due to rust.

I ordered a bike for my daughter and collected it today. The man who served me was extremely helpful and checked the tyres, brakes and tightening fixtures. He was really friendly and carried the bike to my car and secured it in the back for me so it didn't move. Highly recommend.
