Excellent service. Has been quite a long process (no fault of Christies) but I have found them proffesional, quick to respond and friendly throughout. Hope to do more business with them in the future.

I have recently moved into a property with Christie's and I have found them to be very efficient, keeping me updated with all the processes involved. On moving in they presented me with a Welcome Gift Box which was very useful.As an independent Agent they were very friendly and had a personal touch which made me feel at ease as moving in on my ownI would recommend Christie's and thank Carol and her Team for a smooth move which can be very stressful

Excellent service from start to finish. Having dealt with numerous letting agents in Portsmouth over the years, Christie’s has by far been the best experience. Ross and Carol have been particularly great, answering all our questions, negotiating with our landlord and keeping us in the loop at every stage. The handful of times I have gone into the store, everyone has been lovely. Definitely outperforms our experiences with other estate agents, such as Leaders, Fry & Kent and Kings. Highly recommend.

Christie's were embarrassingly unorganised almost all of the time. At first they incorrectly set up our direct debits which took a while to fix. They would notify us on inspections and house viewings and then not show up, and when they did show up for an inspection, they did not check all of the rooms. Furthermore, they would frequently spell tenant" wrong

I bought a terrace house with the Christie's recently and I have found Mr Ross Poulton and Carol Evans very helpful, responsive, friendly and understanding. If I called and did not get through Carol called back almost immediately regardless if it was out of office hours.All enquiries were answered very quickly by email from the both of them.I will definitely use them again if I was to sell or buy another property.in the future. Thank you very much Ross and Carol for making our lives easier.

Truly terrible. I rented with Christie's during my time at Uni and they were awful. Full of lies and gave us the run around on multiple occasions. When we left the property they sent cleaners and billed us for 12 HOURS of cleaning when we had photographic evidence of it being clean. They told us the landlord did it and the landlord told us it was them before blocking all of our phone numbers. Unprofessionally handled when queried also, the receptionist seemed to take it personally that we were not happy with a massive cleaning bill after we cleaned the place. Landlord was dodgy too. Our door could not be locked for 1 week because they refused to fix, the list goes on. Only redeeming quality was Ross.

Dealing with the was one of the mos stressful experincies in the 15 years that I have been renting. Awful communication and customer service. Might be great if you are a Landlord, but terrible if you are a tennant.

Having rented a property, we did know there was some cosmetic work to do , yet on our first night I woke to get a drink downstairs at first because we have two house cats I thought one of them had an accident. When I put another light on I found it to be a slug but to my disgust I went on to find 17 slugs between the kitchen hallway and living room. I removed all of them some you can see due to the trail they leave had been up and down the walls over some furniture. I took pictures and emailed them to Christies, on the second night early hours we found more , this went on every night. To cut the nightmare I then told Christies I was moving out at no time until I emailed them this did they they would visit to see what could be done , on giving them notice we were leaving they informed us we are in breach of our tenancy, when I moved in I didn't think I was sharing with an infestation of slugs which could harm my cats due to what they carry , 6 weeks later or so still waiting for my deposit, I would not recommend them whatsoever they do not reply until chased numerous times . So CHRISTIES where is my deposit please as the house has been re let , I hope your new tenants know what they have signed up for.One star ⭐ is to many !!!!!

I’m a landlord and I have been using Christies for many years and I would definitely recommend them. The manager Carol Evans is amazing and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of property information. She runs an amazing team and the service is top quality.Richard.Southsea Landlord.
