Carlton hill car wash

Great hand car wash. Had my v muddy small people carrier washed, polished and dried for £10. (Smaller cars are £7.)Quieter mid week so in and out in just 15 mins. Well worth it on a freezing December day.

I'm always impressed when they've finished. Been going for some years.

Went on a Sunday morning and on this occasion it was not very busy and the guys did a great job of clearing the car looks like they were a new team though

Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Horrendous service with rude and dismissive staff. Awful, awful, awful. Worst money I’ve ever spent. Cannot begin to explain how bad this place is - please, drive around till you find somewhere else, anywhere, because I guarantee they’ll be better than here.

Very busy friendly and polite

I have just been to the car wash for a mini valet which is £15.00. My other half took his car before me and was charged £15.00. I then took my car which is slightly smaller and asked for the £15.00 mini valet and the next one is £20.00 for the special valet. I then handed £20.00 to the man and he gave me £2.00 back so had charged me £18.00. I questioned him and pointed out the prices and he just laughed and said ‘I will see you next week’. He refused to give me my £3.00 back. Got home and explained to my other half and he said nothing which made me even more angry!! Avoid this place as they seem to charge what they like and take advantage of people

Very good wash I changed to this one from another car wash cheaper and good attention to detail fully recommended and very nice people

Great car wash. Good quality finish but be prepared for a wait as they are always busy, especially at weekends.
