Graded some comics through NGC International. Very friendly bunch that work here, always respond to emails promptly. Couldn't be happier.

Sent some TCG cards to CGC for grading. Unfortunately, the cards were graded and sent back with some damage. CGC was not able to provide any photos of my cards pre-grading and claimed that I sent the cards damaged (these were roughly $20 cards sent for grading at $35 a card).Overall disappointed as I had a 50 card bulk submission I was planning to submit to them if my experience went well.

Yes fully aware of NGC UK international coin grading and economics and comical. As I have sent in two Abraham Lincoln copper wheat Cent coins 1943D and also 1943D steel Abraham Lincoln wheat Cent & 1943 steel Abraham Lincoln wheat Cent to NGC international London to be graded . I paid for elite membership of NGC UK for coin grading plus further £100 plus further from my bank account so witnessed by the post office and many other people apparently nothing appears on my submission account grading very expensive rare coins like my coins of Abraham Lincoln made out of copper 1943 D wheat Cent coins .

Poor service here reported to U.S. Difficult to speak with anyone over the telephone .This is important to save endless delays completing the paperwork. I expect far better for my 300$ yearly membership.

I mean, everyone has their own view about whether coin grading is slowly destroying the hobby or making it safer and more reliable. It personally leaves me feeling cold and I've yet to find someone who can explain the difference between e.g. MS62 and MS64 apart from random luck. But I guess it's sort of a must if you're trying to sell a high grade coin. I'll therefore try and restrict my review to the service and not coin grading in general. My main complaints would be:(1) The forms you have to fill are insanely complicated and time consuming.(2) You have to become a member to use the service. Seems like just a way of gouging you for more money and makes it difficult to amateurs / hobbyists just trying to grade one or two coins.(3) It's so slow. Like, I'm pretty sure in fewer than 45 working days I could get a mortgage and buy a whole house.(4) The price. I tried to look up quite how much money they're making and couldn't, because it's owned by a hedge fund. Perhaps unsurprisingly.

Oduwa Is absolutely fantastic, so helpful, kind and really went beyond to help me with my situation with my comic. Everyone who works there is so helpful and kind. Highly recommend dropping off your comics there to get them graded.

The CGC staff here are really lovely. It's always a pleasure coming to this office for drop-off and collection. Everything is clearly explained and never rushed. Thanks CGC UK.
