As a regular customer this is the first time I've had a problem...after waiting 5 minutes to get served on the deli side even when the staff were clearly not doing anything I had to ask a young female member of staff ( the one with the nose peicings) if she was serving..she was too bust yawning and chatting rather than tending to customers..not a professional look and someone's paying here wages to stand talking

5 star for the salad sandwich but now gone up £4.25 from £3.75 and now 1 slice of meat instead of 2 slices yesterday

We had some rump steak from there today. It was so tasty and tender, really well priced. It works out much better value than buying from a supermarket and far better quality. The selection of food produce and service are quite excellent. Highly recommended.

We ordered 4 huge steak and ale pies and 4 pork pies, gravy and peas for a family part. What a triumph !!!!. Absolutely delicious. Top quality meat, the pies were really full, pastry fabulous and gravy was really rich. Fabulous customer service too. Can't recommend enough. Just brilliant !

Delivered order:The steaks were not very good at all. I was constantly chewing and cutting through fat and mostly Gristle. Not fun nor is it how premium steaks should be. These were from my experience cheap and full or gristle and hardened fat. I probably salvaged around 30% of edible meat from them.I would not recommend your butchers anymore which is a shame as I have for years followed my Nan in buying from your store at Hillsborough. But this has left me feeling ripped off to be fair about it.Not impressed.

Fantastic butchers - all produce is locally sourced and the quality is excellent, second to none and as good as any you would find and indeed pay a lot more for. Great range of fresh meat including some ready made sauces which are made on the premises. Pies and cooked meats also always lovely and fresh. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and during these difficult times they have gone that extra mile. I wouldn't buy meat from anywhere else. I'd become a vegetarian first!

Queued up for 20 mins to be told only doing cold sandwiches! Was one of four people who walked straight away having all queued for the same time.Why not ask or say once join the queue?
