It's my first time in this shop and was happy to see a great selection of juices. Despite arriving just a few minutes before they closed on a Sunday, I was greeted in a friendly manner and was made to feel very welcome.Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Came in as totally newbie. Feel well satisfied, staff very helpful, explained everything with excellent care, even tho I were short on time, I've bought and tried my new device in 10 minutes. Glad that lovely ladies were such easygoing, didn't payed attention for me struggling<3 will surely come back.

The staff are delightful and very helpful. They're happy to read out their stock as the shelves are fair away from the desk and I can't see things that far. They're very patient and candid. There is a young gentleman who is happy to model items and discuss stocking issues. The manufacturer for a certain set of vapes has stopped producing the coils and so the shop had limited stock and the gentleman was quick to suggest an applicable replacement coil and model how well it worked. All the staff are wonderful and make the atmosphere very relaxed and welcoming

The staff are just so lovely and helpful. I had problems with my vape charging, and they exchanged it for me with no problems. The shop is dog friendly too! So happy with the device and the fact that i am now a non smoker. .. I am a VAPER!

Needed a new vape as my old one is a bit 'past it'! Explained the problems I was having and the liquid I normally used. The couple couldn't have been more helpful - polite, considerate and knowledgeable and very patient. Just tried my new vape - WOW! - need a bigger pair of lungs now! :-) Well impressed - thank you again.

Young lady working in the shop when my husband and I visited today was friendly and polite. She took the time to explain our new vapes to us and showed us how to fill them, use them and change the coils. Which we appreciated. Very helpful. Fabulous service.
