totally appaulled by the service here tonight. Was totally verbally abused by 2 ill mannered girls whom were allowed to enter the store and terrorise shoppers on electric scooters. It came to the point they were lodging products at customers and when I approached a member of staff who had plenty of time to stand and chat to staff members told me her shift has finished. You need to train your staff to be more helpful when situations occur and have some staff on the shop floor as there was absolutely no one around.

Store for the most part is ok, stock can sometimes be low early on at weekends which is strange given they stock shelves during the night. They've introduced a new machine to make returning online purchases easier....except it only operates during the times somebody would be working there anyway to process the return manually.....

Staff are usually really friendly and the shop floor staff are very helpful. Range of products from food to household goods and clothes is excellent. Huge car park although getting out at peak times can be difficult. Queues inside are frequently 3 or 4 people long, however there are self checkout facilities. There are escalators and a lift in store, a foreign currency counter, self service petrol station, pharmacy and a cafe.

Was in today for some shopping and then went for something to eat the the pizza was cold and chips where well done to was not happy but looked like they where going to close so I did not want to say anything.

Popped over for some essentials but when putting in car milk slipped from my hand and carton burst on ground, staff member who witnessed it advised me to take empty carton in and explain what happened, spoke to another member at customer service and they gave me a replacement free of charge, first class service and very polite, thanks to Christina and Lorna for their help, much appreciated.

Alex the security guard that was on shift today after(11/12.05.23 03:15)Was an absolute amazing member of staff that has to be rewarded for amazing customer service wether Asda staff or security! He went above and beyond, without the “Asda uniform” but all members of staff with “Asda” uniform completely avoided me… disrespectful, didn’t check stock levels the list goes on! Only reason I would visit this Asda store again is due to the security guard “Alex”! I hope that he is rewarded/ recognised for display of exceptional customer service, interaction and going above and above

I’m totally disappointed in the lack of availability for disabled customers my sister in law who has terminal cancer and now has mobility issues has been in your store on many occasions in the past 2 months,when she has asked for a mobility scooter she has been told on every occasion that the store is awaiting new batteries for all scooters,I think it’s a disgrace you have not rectified this as I would say it’s urgent,people with disabilities/mobility issues need this to be able to live as independent as possible

Went in today Stacey and the other girl on the pizza department where absolutely wonderful, made me 2 beautiful vegy pizzas,had to wait half hour as they are so buisy but worthwhile, nice people and two pizzas and a big bottle of coke for £6 is a greatdeal

Had a good day meeting friends and having a look around the shop, spending money. Had coffee and a bite to eat but had already been to another shop beforehand and managed to overstay the parking now got a £100 parking ticket. Probably my fault not reading the signage but just presumed having a superstore and other shops there, parking would be free.
