I cannot thank enough the staff of I Smile Clinic.Especially Alex and my dentistPinelopi who always look after me with the best possible, professional and friendly manner.Highly recommend!!

They cancelled my 'membership' because my dog died and I missed an appointment. This was more than just a dog. She was bought for my son... who died in 2015. So when she died it was very difficult. I had some problems where I didn't accept my sons passing. I kept seeing him. I was sectioned and lost my job as a social worker. I can't get that career back now. Therefore, I was an NHS patient. With these 'people' if you are a NHS patient then you are treated like an underclass citizen. I mean...only after consultation can someone be removed as an NHS patient. No consultation occured! So they obviously believe NHS patients are uneducated, unaware of rights and easily disposed of. Maybe they need to be aware of what the NHS actually stands for. I have contacted SPSO and i am awaiting a response. Avoid. They are inhumane. If you are in a position to pay privately then I'm sure they are lovely.

Would highly recommend I-Smile. I’m a new patient but after a few appointments, I already can’t believe the difference here compared to previous dentists. The work done recently was to such a high quality I genuinely didn’t even recognise it. Looking forward to completing more treatments here and improving my teeth!

It’s been over 6 months since I had my dental implant. I’m so thankful to Alex and Dr. Agis for doing a great job at making me 100% satisfied. First of all, they are so friendly and warm and it’s always been nice to be at the clinic with them. Secondly, they made sure that all my criteria were met, even after the procedure. I love their customer service. Thirdly, they have excellent follow up to make sure that everything’s fine months and years after the procedure. And best of all, I can now confidently chew my food and smile my biggest smile because of my dental implant. Highly recommended!

personally i would not and do not recommend this clinic to anyone , the dentist Maria and the rest of the staff are excellent its the salesman Alex i personally have no time or trust for . This is all trough MY personal experience , nothing but broken promises . I first contacted the clinic around december 2021 by email regarding all on four/six implants , went to the clinic early january 2022 and was talked out of the treatment for crowns instead . 5 implants were agreed upon and 10 crowns at cost of £14500 and would take up to 6 months . After 4 implants were done the salesman phoned me to say that Maria was back from maternity leave and would be taking over my treatment , impressions would be taken and everything shuld be finished in around 4 weeks (this was around april) , i was puzzled and brought it to his attention that i was an implant short , the apologies then started and then on my next appointment he miraculously told me that i would not require the other implant as my jaw was not wide enough , why did this not show up on the xrays that he had for the last 4 months . After that it was promise after promise until in september when i informed him i had had enough i wanted to stop as all trust had gone he asked me to come in and see him , which i did . He talked me into contnuing with the treatment , £10,000 had been paid and i told him i wanted to know what the final bill would be since an implant was now a crown and i was told anther £2000 in total and work would be finished end of november (2022) . A week before chritmas and still not finished one of the fitted temporary crowns split and fell out , i contacted him and he said he would get back to me which ended up being into january , by then i totally had enough as it was now a year away from my first visit . Since then i emailed him requesting details of my treatment for my records and noticed the price had went up another £1100 and no dates were included on treatment . I have always been a nervous patient but Maria was good and now i feel its time to back to a dentist to get this work sorted and see not wide enough my top jaw is and have been told ishould take this further . Alex always blamed the delays on Maria being on maternity leave but the implants were in when i met Maria . So as i said this was MY experience .....

This has been our family dentistry for years now. Great experience even for the kids and the folks there go above and beyond to help you every step of the way.My wife had some work carried out recently privately as the NHS would not cover it. Delighted with the result and at a very competitive price.Would recommend 100%.
