From start to finish- Becky was so polite and helpful with helping us choose our carpets. We had a really shoddy job done previously by another Walsall based company however home serve we’re great with price. Friendly staff and the carpets look beautiful. Won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you

Can't get better

Just had my whole house recapped by homeserve.Want to say from measuring to final fitting has been a pleasure. Mark was so friendly . So we're girls interested office. Steve the fitter and his side kick Luke Were quick tidy friendly .Highly recommend homeserve carpets

Absolutely great place to go for your carpet. I have just finished my daughter's bedroom and we purchased new underlay and an amazingly beautiful grey carpet with specs of glitter. It is amazing quality, super soft on your feet, and is just amazing to look at too. My daughter is so over the moon with it. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. What I liked was they don't try and sell you something to make money but instead are genuinely helping you. I was greeted with smiles and even though I kept changing my mind from one carpet to the next they had patience and were constantly helpful. The young man who came to firt the carpet did a grand job, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after himself. All in all I will definitely be back for the rest of my house. Thanks to all at Homeserve. We are super pleased x
