Bought my 3rd Browning trail cam, Recon Force. Noticed my batteries drained faster than usual, either a minor fault or perhaps the long range IR setting is a battery-buster. Complete replacement promptly sent to me, alongside 8 lithium batteries, which are nearly twice the price of the Energizers I used. Amazing service and assistance from James & Alex. I will definitely use them again with this level of support. Bravo Naturespy :)

Absolutely excellent shop for wildlife cameras - superb website and incredibly fast, free delivery (on both occasions my Browning cameras - two different models, both of which appear excellent - arrived the following day). The NatureSpy people are friendly, helpful and answer email very quickly. According to the website, my purchases help support worthwhile causes too, which is very nice to see.

Fantastic service and very good prices! I bought a Browning Reckon Force Trail Cam in November for a good deal and received it very quickly. A tiny part broke in January, but I received a replacement part the next day, WOW. Now that's what I call, great service.

I have a Browning Recon Force Elite HP5 camera . It was not bought from NatureSpy. I was having some user problems and despite not being a camera they provided, the advice I was given sorted my problems. The enthusiasm of the staff member and her advice was second to none. I had already decided to purchase a NatureSpy Ursus trail camera as a second unit to increase monitoring of our hedgehogs. The camera arrived the following day and was put in position the same night. The camera was taken back home this morning and the quality of the video recorded is second to none. It is as good as the Browning as far as I am concerned. Easy to use, easy to position and the specifications are in the top class. I will be ordering another Ursus camera early in the new year. I cannot compliment NatureSpy highly enough. If it was possible I would award them ten stars out of five.

An incredible company, I'd never heard of them before I bought my trail camera. The camera came very quickly, within 2 days, despite me ordering it the day before a bank holiday weekend. It came with a free 16gb SD card and a helpful booklet explaining how to get the most out of the my trail camera. I would definitly order from this company again, and recommend to anyone.

I cannot praise NatureSpy enough. Firstly the website gives really useful advise if you are a first time buyer like me and secondly the customer service is some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I always believe the best way to judge a company is how they deal with an issue. My order arrived on Saturday lunchtime but was incomplete. I emailed straight away expecting a response during business hours on Monday but Alex emailed me straight back to say he would resolve it and the missing item was delivered on Monday morning.Excellent service and all profits returned to nature conservation. Why buy from anyone else?

Had a camera setup problem( not retaining video setting) i had a few emails conversation with James and advised to return camera.This I did and received a free replacement the next day.Brilliant service would not hesitate to recommend them.Well done and many thanksGary & Erica
