The Blue Practice

uneducated employees ،nasty nurse ,I went to this center and they were very bad treatment.

Pleasant at all times and willing to help when ever they can

Dealing with post traumatic stress and always been supported. Lovely staff and doctors...very helpful and fair treatment

Not a good experience had at all at this practise. Good doctor but can’t get to see the doctor for the staff at the desk.

ETA: the part below was written quite a few months ago. Since then, they have changed how same-day appointments work and each person is now placed in a queue, which works way better. Also edited the rating since this issue with appointments was my biggest problem with them, but since that’s gone now, the service is all pretty good.The “same day appointments” system is horrendous. There is no call queue in place, so one has to just keep calling back because “that number is busy”. There is no way they will hold one’s number close in case there is a cancellation - one has to call throughout the day (randomly), to see if there is one.It’s perfectly understandable that phone lines would be busy, and the day would be fully booked within half an hour. It’s not understandable to not have a better call managing system in place. The current one is disgusting.Otherwise it’s an alright practice.

Absolute joke of a doctors staff are poor mannered doctor's them selves barely even show up there's s 15 minute window for you to make sn appointment from 8.30 i also been on hold for so long that apparently there's no appointments left

Arrogant doctors and unhelpful, unsympathetic receptionists.

You can only make an appointment by phoning at 8:30 where you are put in a massive cue. Currently 30th in line for me. All I need is a repeat. Sick of taking time out sit in a cue for half an hour. I’ve decided I’m changing back to my old practice. Don’t go here.

Always thought the previous reception staff were worst Ive came across for being unhelpful and rude but the ones in blue practice have definently carried on the mantle surely the doctors see this .?
