Security staff and some other staff routinely verbally abusing customers. This is an everyday occurance and they seem to see it as a perk of the job. The skinny ginger guy is particularly fond of verbally abusing customers and I expect there have been plenty of complaints already. Any video evidence will be taken directly to a solicitor and the police.

What can I say. There is one member of staff in this store, young gentleman and he went above and beyond in helping me with pain relief for my sciatica while on a recent visit to Aberdeen. As they don't stock hot water bottles at this time of year, he suggested I buy a cheap bottle of wine, pour it away and fill the bottle with warm water instead. Wrap it in a towel and there you have it, hot water bottle.

This place where one makes a mockery of one's customers.On June 7, I went to the Sainsbury after 6 p.m. At the time, a woman wearing a hood (country, religious) was looking at the calculation alone. In the back, a male employee was moving things.

So, there's this guy who works there and it always feels like he is judging me buying beers. With certain comments such as is that all for you" Or "you going to have that all that beer!" Every time without fail. I know a few other people know who I mean and he should kind of mind his own business and let us buy as much beer as we want without feeling bad for it.Beers good for you

This store is really small and therefore difficult to negotiate when busy. This isn’t helped when members of staff leave roller cages blocking the aisles while their standing nearby on their phones. Also, bit rude if they’re serving you and carrying on a conversation through their headset with somebody else in a different part of the store.

The staff were brilliant but that arrogant security guard was rude to customers. Told some customers to move along when they were getting stuff out the fridges. Don't pick on people just coz they young. I had been standing there longer than them and nothing was said to me coz I'm older.

Thank You so much sainsbury's team :)! And thanks to a boy with curly blond lovely hairstyle in particular for finding me outside, when I left the store to give me my change back I left in a machine. This was soooooo nice! Have a lovely evening! Ola
