Si5 Spy Missions

Tried to book last minute as family paying unexpected visit. Spoke to them first thing.. had one space available later in day. Asked if anything earlier and they promised us a call back within 10 min to confirm either way.No return call… rang them multiple times , left messages.. even changed arrangements so we could make the time they originally offered. Absolutely nothing back. Phone straight to voicemail each time.So disappointed in their service.

The children enjoyed the spy mission. The food was okay, but it could have been better. Only two chicken nuggets with few chips on each plate. There were no staff around to check on us, and ask if we were okay even though each table was filled with kids.I went to check for staff in the kitchen, and found ten people there, chatting and not coming out to check on us. There were no plates for the cake. Luckily we bought our own paper plate and cutlery.I came in to ask for a knife to cut the cake and no-one was willing to help, I was greeted with unwelcome look.I don’t recommend anyone to visit, the service I received was not at all worth the money that I paid.

Attended a party here, no staff at reception and couldn't tell who was working there. However my son thoroughly enjoyed it, the food was good although they seemed to struggle with the large group.

I took a group of 8 year old boys. For my sons birthday party. We were greated by friendly staff. The table was laid out well with the spy missions party bags and drinks were brought over. The boys all enjoyed the mission and got to take it turns to lead. The food is basic but it is what the kids love and it was well cooked and brought out about 5 minutes after they finished the mission. I would definitely recommend this venue for a birthday party!

Children had an amazing time! Great experience for 8y old birthday party, they enjoyed it from start to end, just right amount of fun. Assume puzzling is on a higher level for older children. Consensus is that laser hallway and target shooting are best bits.

The family mission isn't suitable for people with mobility issues as it involves climbing down ladders, crawling under tunnels, etc, which I wasn't aware of, so unfortunately, I couldn't participate. My husband and stepdaughter enjoyed it, but found it fairly basic and would have been nice for the staff not to help out so much considering her age. Maybe this experience is better for younger children. The café was really chaotic and nowhere to sit whilst I waited for them.

My son (8) was invited to his friends birthday party and since going I have not heard the end of how great it is. He absolutely loved it and we will be looking to book something for him to do there again.The staff where wonderful, polite and helpful and there is a small range of options for food which is nice to keep the kids energy levels up.Would highly recommend.

A great premise but not carried out that well. One screen was off and several didn't need anything doing with them. Told to steer using a steering wheel but the child realised pretty quickly what was on the screen was just a video. We were following so closely behind another group that we had to wait outside each room and wait for screens to reset. Only one hands on challenge which didn't require a screen. Nice but not great.

Yes the activites were fun but the workers did not car about there job and were just bored chewing gum or fliming us and then we had the food after which was the worst food i have evere had i my life and they probably cooked it 2 days ago and heated it up in the microwave for 2 miniutes the food was so hard it made someones tooth fall out not to mention that the workers were swearing in front of children and there was barley any time on the course it only took 30 mins which is and 1hour less than expected and we had to skip tasks or stop doing them beacuse we were taking to long but it was fun
