First time using Mark fitch and, very very happy. Extremely clean worker and, a very pleasant chap. He explains everything thoroughly, giving us details on what he was doing and, ensuring we knew what condition our liner etc was in. Exceptionally tidy, putting sheets down before he brought any of his equipment in, and, he made sure that the burner was completely covered before starting to clean. He used the viper system, very clever piece of kit and, very efficient.Mark himself is a lovely guy, polite and friendly, and a pleasure to have in the house. Also, he uses a very natty face mask, so no covid issues there. All in all, fantastic and definitely will use him again next time we need our chimney cleaning
