I went to use their service for making passport size photos.- Brian was super rude and did not know how to treat a customer. There were a couple of instances where I wish I had walked out.

Superb service and fantastic job. I’ll get years more life from these boots. They look like new again and I won’t need to break them in.

I visited the Buchanan Street store with an enquiry regarding the repair of a boot whichn I hoped could extend the life/use of them as they were quite an expensive purchase.John, the assistant in the store was amazizing. He explained what the issue was and the possibility of repairing it to my satisfaction.He quoted me £8.00 for the repair and said to come back in one hour.On my return John went through with me the repair he'd undertaken and pointed out that there was a possibility of the repair failing as there wasn't too much material for him to work with.When I went to pay for the repair John refused to accept payment as he felt for some reason it was too insignificant a repair to charge for. When I insisted he take something at least he refused suggesting I perhaps remember Timpson's next time I require any of the other services or products Timpson's offer.I was genuinely blown away by John's act of kindness. So I'd really wish to thank John and Timpson's generally for keeping something of that old fashioned style friendliness and kindness on our high streets. Something in this digital and online world we could do with a lot more.

Interesting shop where I got my historic Tissot watch equipped with a new battery. The service was quick and effective. I also got an insurance for the battery. The gentleman in the shop was friendly and had good advice.

Thanks to the two guys at the shop for sorting me out yesterday. One of my boots needed a wee bit of glue to reattach the suede. They did it quickly, looked like brand new and, because they said it was only a small job and just needed a bit of glue, they wouldn't take any payment! Really good customer focus as that means I will be back, thanks guys!

Popped into the Buchanan St branch yesterday - needed 23 keys cut (new locks on our office door). Both the technicians there were friendly and professional and the service they gave was spot on! Collected my keys 15mins later.....and on checking, every one of them worked! Great service overall :-)

Great service. On a previous occasion I had paid a little extra for a watch battery replacement so this time I took my card in and got a new battery free. Batteries for my current watch will now be free for the life of the watch. Very professional and prompt service
