Having woken up with a problem with my eye I was advised by my doctors to see an Optician urgently. I called three times but the phone was not answered, Specsaves answered the phone within two rings, I saw an Optician the same day and was sent straight to the Hospital.

Only friendly when you buy specs and when it's just a matter of taking the prescription the owner has a rotten attitude. Not recommended. The owner really has a bad attitude. Won't be going back.

fix the opening times on Google please. if your not going to be open on a Saturday then just say so. this inconsistent behaviour would effect your clients.

They've always looked after my husband and child. Good service and kind patient optician who was professionally thorough with my child - unlike a well known High Street brand who don't like to take children's appointments on Saturdays. Careful and flexible service from Blink.

Rude staff .I have been a paying customer here since it was owned by shinns . Since blink took it over it has gone downhill. Very pushy sales of glasses and contact lenses. Can not get a apoitment on certain days of the week and was spoken to rudely on many occasions. This company has now lost 3 of my family to specsavers where customer service was lovely .

Really helpful team, They helped me out in an emergency and replaced my varifocals. They supplied great glasses at a great price. Booking my daughter in for an eye test and they will now be my family optician! Highly recommended!
