The guy on the phone was grumpy without a particular reason and even hung up on me when I was asking a question after less than one minute conversation. I think clients deserve a bit more respect. £60 minimum charge for anyone who is interested :).

used storage from Stuff2move and later when I could not get back to the UK had a packing and shipping service Stuff2move did all paperwork and had delivery about 10 days later very happy with service have recommended them to all my Friends.

I have been using stuff2move for the past 3 years and the prices are the cheapest you can find in the Southwest of England. the storage people are really helpful in helping you carry the boxes from your room/apartment. Moreover, the provide with you the boxes and other storage equipments for free. its surely the best storage you can find in the southwest. Super safe!

This service is horrendous. I paid the entire amount for all my 15 parcels but unfortunately I didn’t receive any of them on time. Moreover, on top of that 3 of them went missing and when I kept on reminding Sean (the sender) about the missing parcels, he just ignored. It is clearly mentioned in the invoice an insurance of £100 per box total loss. Now he is denying the insurance and refusing to pay for the loss. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Would never recommend this service.
